 Boarding Drop Off Hours - 7am - 4pm

(If you must drop off before 7 am, we will have to charge a $30 fee, & there is a $50 late fee checking in after 4pm)

BOARDING DOGS MUST BE PICKED up by 1pm (After 1pm incurs Half Day Care Charge of $27.50)

Due to our increase of Boarding Dogs, we can no longer offer picking up + dropping off of dogs on Sunday or Holidays...  If you MUST pick up on a Sunday or Holiday we will have to charge $85.00 if picking up before 1 pm.  After 1 pm - Daycare charges also will occur.

BOARDING DEPOSIT POLICY:  In an effort to help as many precious doggies that need a place to stay, we have a "deposit policy".  We require a $55 deposit (equal to a one-night stay) on all boarding stays.  If there is a cancellation for any reason within 72 hours of your boarding reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.  If the cancellation falls outside the 72-hour period, your deposit will be applied to future services in the form of daycare or boarding in the form of Bow Wow Bungalow Credit.  No shows will also cause the deposit to be forfeited.
